Low HCG at 4 weeks 6 days pregnancy

My Beta HCG is 740 mIU/mL @ 4 weeks 6 days. Is it too low? I have been asked to repeat the test after 48 hours.

Since it is very early pregnancy you need to be careful Injection Proluton depo 500 micrograms twice a week Cap Susten 200 mg twice a day for 30 days per vaginum Cap Fol 123 once a day for 30 days Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day Take 1 boiled egg daily Repeat b hcg after 1 week and do an ultrasound pelvis for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestation sac after 1 week to rule out ectopic pregnancy If any pain rush to hospital immediately

It's normal .. beta hcg almost doubles in 48hrs .so on repeat testing after 48hrs if values are rising it indicates healthy pregnancy.
