I delivered oct 2022.. it's going to be 2 years but my hb is not within limits I tested today and got value as 11 also I am having period bleeding with clots 2 and 3 day heavy 4 and 5 minimum. Checked uterus which looks fine. What is causing low hb what should I do ?

There can be other causes of low hb. Check for thyroid profile,HPLC
