Low haemoglobin 9g/dl and heavy periods
I am suffering from severe headache, nausea, extreme weakness, haemoglobin is 9, taking Orofer XT plus suspension since last two days.
Having 2.6X1.6 cm size Submucosal fibroid in endometrial cavity, 6.4X4.6 cms size simple cyst in left ovary, bulky uterus, I am feeling extremely tired and unable to concentrate on anything due to severe headache.
Pls suggest medicine as I don't want to go to a doctor.

Check ur blood pressure. Highly advisable to go to a doctor. If u are on progesterone or tranxemic acid medications it can pose a risk to brain and clots. Kindly consult a neurologist. don't sit back at home if the headache is really severe
