Brown spotting, nausea, and headache
Hi All, I'm supposed to get my period on April 17th, but I got a brown spotting on April 13, also have nausea since 3 days and mild cramps at times.
Having severe headache an entire night.
Does this indicates symptoms of early pregnancies?
