Hello sir this is lakshmikanth Iam recovered from covid since 20 days and after 20 days recovery I have minor issues like low grade fever from 2 days and body pain and stuff nose etc and all are remaining normal and please suggest some medication thanking you sir

Take steam, one tablet of Montair LC before going to bed, one tablet of Flexon thrice daily for body ache after food, continue the multi vitamins and stay well hydrated. Covid symptoms take time to completely go away, so you will need to be patient. If your fever rises then see a doctor.
