After masterbation red colour small pimples appear on penis head.which are although painless but feel like rubbing them.Herpes and HIV and VDRL test negative .WHAT IS IT.ONE DOCTOR SAID WITH CONFIDENCE THAT IT IS HERPES IN SPITE OF NEGATIVE TEST RESULT.OTHER dermatologist insisted it is bacterial infection.Dr prescribed can distal and lullifin cream for applying on penis head twice daily.i am also diagnosed with Throiditis and auto immune.Hypothroidism coupled with both auto immune disorder.Have low grade fever also which goes maximum upto99. 6 in a day.i feel very dizzy throughout day.Have enlarged throid gland detected 20 days back.guide me
