Low front tooth shaking even after clean

Problem occurred one month back when I noticed receeding gums. It had fallen with pockets and when I consulted a dentist, I didn't find her very convincing. She was looking at my X-ray from one year back. Told me due to my frenum, the tooth is coming down. Had costly deep gum cleaning with laser. She told me gum will come back. The receeding stopped but tooth is still shaking a bit and not seeing gum coming back either and I'm afraid it may go even further down. I think I should go for gum or flap surgery.

The high frenum attachment may have caused the recession, but removing the frenum may not cause the gum to grow back. If the recession is considerable, you do need a surgery. Consult a good periodontist.
