Sir eye sight is constantly decreasing. I want to get rid of it. Currently my eyesight is minus 3.5 of both eyes. Please help me. What should be done?

the number is likely to increase upto the age of 20 yrs.please  have high protein diet.keep the book at least 35 cm from eyes. take rest for few minutes after every hour.can put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.
