I have do some health check up test I found some abnormality in cholesterol profile: Lipid profile detail: Total cholesterol =123 HDl cholesterol =28 LDL cholesterol =71 CBC detail: Lymocite=48.8% MCHC=30.2 Total RBC=5.92 Please let me know I need to visit doctor or not

While all cholesterol range is showing lower values only, it's fine for allcholesterol we say lower is better. But DEFINATELY not for good cholesterol HDL, can be increased by exercise, reducing wt. If wt. Is more,using antioxidants can be tried
