Sir, my aunt is facing urinary problem, urine bladder size is about 60ml, haemoglobin 5.4 and creatinine 4.2. please suggest the best so that we can go for further treatment

At her creatinine and such small bladder have to try novel treatments. Will have to show a urologist in person
