Chronic low bp. Avg 70-90. Since past 2 weeks very low. 50 -70/ 60-80 range. Following a stomach infection that was treated with metrogyl vitazyme and omez.periods delayed by 11 days . feeling fatigued all day .sleepy. Lightheadedness. Under lot of stress because of job loss and upcoming marriage in 3 months.
