Low blood presure, vertig

Please help. My sis is on medicine for cervical and vertigo. Now her BP suddenly goes down and she felt brain getting dryness during that sweating also. I just want to know can a brain specialist also treat blood related issues. Or I need to see which specialist. Thanks

She can definitely see a neurologist who will be able to rule out neurological causes of the current problem...She also may need to get a cardiac opinion if BP has been definitely documented to fall during those episodes..
