Low bp: 1. replace white salt with Himalayan salt ( himlayalan salt consist 82 minerals and minerals are required for maintaining homeostasis)
2. drink enough water and dont directly drink water from tap. keep it still in jar for half hour first, then add lemon and Himalayan salt to it before drinking.
3. Include vegetables and fruits high in water such as celery, cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, cabbage as well as watermelon, apples, pears, papaya and pineapple, to name a few.
