Hello I have just done by blood test I am anemic and thalasamia Carrier My blood count has always been Low between 9-11 But I have no symptoms or weakness I have irregular menses and last was 34 days back I am taking iron supplement Sangobion but still blood count is Low Is there any good iron supplement that I can take
