MRI scan and report showing that the disc totally came out and can't be solved it through physiotherapy. I have a lot of pain after keeping the belt suggested by doctor. MRI clearly shows its a critical and severe problem which needs to be done asap as it's too late till now.

Yes if it showed critical. Then get it solved immediately as once u get urinary problem then will repent whole of ur life.

You need to upload MRI scan so we can judge , also do teleconsultation for better assessment of treatment
