In first pregnancy baby growth is slow and pre term delivery bcoz of hypertension, hypothyroidism, urine infection.....then In second pregnancy time baby growth is slow or fast

Will depend on how controlled ur blood pressure is U can get a test called urine routine every month in pregnancy to pick up urine infection so that it can be treated accordingly
