Low AMH Level Concern

Hello Doctor, I am 34 years old. Need some advice. In last quarter of 2019, I got my AMH test done and the report said the level was only 0.3. My doctor said I may not be able to conceive naturally and may have to opt for ivf. But I conceived the same month naturally. During the period of pregnancy, my blood pressure remained on higher side as I have history of high blood pressure. I had marginal placental abruption in 24 weeks but it was handled very well. Later due to high blood pressure and low AFI value, I had to deliver my baby early in 36 weeks by c-section. My baby is now 14 months. We want to have another baby, but I am worried that if I can wait longer due to low AMH level. Is it safe to try early considering issues I faced in my previous pregnancy. Please guide.

Low amh doesn’t necessarily rule out natural conception Keeping an eye on your age and previous obstetrics history, it is not a bad idea to conceive earlier if all other factors are favourable
