Hi. This is a terrible situation to be in. Break ups can leave any person feeling very distressed. This distress however is usually transient, eases out with time, and doesn't usually require treatment. Still, if you feel that your distress is unbearable and that it's disturbing your day to day life significantly, you may get in touch for an evaluation.
