Lots of Hair fall

I m witnessing lots of hair fall since last few months. Further, i have vitamin D deficiency and PCOD problem. Is their any connection. For now, thier is no bald patches but the volume of hair has gone down. Even a single stroke of comb comes with lots of hair. Kindly help.
