Lot of blind pimples suddenly

I have been having little bit of whiteheads on my chin and nose. But after my delivery that is since 5 months i am facing a lot of blind pimples on both my cheeks. Whiteheads are also spreading on my cheeks bow. Blind pimples have left a lot of scars now even when i am not popping them as the head is never formed. I have an oily skin!
