Lost voice due to throat problem

Hi, I am 35 years old. I am suffering of throat problem, from three days. my voice has lost because of this. When I teach in the classroom , i am unable to speak loudly even when I speak anything I feel pressure on my body. But i am not suffering from cold and cough. My throat is not paining now, But when it started I felt pain in my throat
