Mild space reduction in L5S1 with spasm as per the X-RAY report. I am 35 yrs old. Is it curable? Can it be treated completely? What precautions should i take? Is this something very serious? What may be the cause?

Yes it can be treated...you will have to visit a physiotherapist to reduce the spasm and then  start off with core and back strengthening exercises..it can be treated completely and it's not a serious thing but can get serious if you ignore it right now and if don't get yourself treated
