Loss of appetite, vomiting

My 3 year old daughter has completely lost her appetite since last 1month..she hardly eats 3-4 spoons of food in a day. But on any day if she eats something she vomits. I have given  1st  dose of deworming 2 days back. What could be the possible reason for this
