Loss of appetite,dizziness,fever

Since last 5-6 days i am feeling hungry but from 2 days i am having fever,body pain and sometimes increase in breathing rate firstly I thought it is due to smoking because last year same thing happened and i got blood checkup and doctor told me that you have increase SGPT I don't know what this ,that's the whole thing

Hi, Kindly visit your doctor as soon as possible.Get yourself diagnosed and treated. Also as and when you visit the doctor carry your past reports and get that sorted too.Dont worry to much.At the moment treatment is important.
