My husband has ischaemic heart disease he had a triple bypass one year ago type 2diabetes insulin Castro oesophageal reflux hiatus hernia peripheral vascular disease pleural plaques gastric bypass and a blood disorder he's put weight on how can he get rid of three or four stone knowing some of his medical back ground please can you help thank you
