Whenever I stand my bottom tends to stick out like that in the picture.I have problem standing straight.Whenver I try to stand staright I feel some nerve pain originating from buttocks to legs downwards(as far i can feel it).Which type of doctor should I see and can posture correction exercises help to correct it?

Yes....you should first see a Physiotherapist.....your problem seems like that of a radiating low back ache for which posture correction exercises will be mandatory.
Next Steps
you could try pelvic bridging and posterior pelvic tilt exercise
