My son is 4 years 3 months old. What should be the dosage of Z & D ds 20. I gave him 5 ml twice a day. Please let me know if this is correct.

Z and D DS 20 suspension contains zinc sulfate 20mg per 1 ml. Dose is 1ml per day for 15 days for 4 year old. I think there is confusion on dosage. Please visit a pediatrician with the bottle to confirm dosage.
