I can understand your concern.
Have smaller meals instead of three huge ones.
Drink plenty of fluids.
One bowl of curd everyday after meals.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
High fiber foods to be taken. Avoid tea/coffee/alcohol and carbonated beverages. . Consult me again if the problem persists.
