My two year old daughter is having motions since past two days..however she had fever until yesterday but not now...she has just arrived in my hometown with her mother..so could be a change of location as well...but as soon as she is eating.. instantly she is having smelly motions...pls advice me a suitable medication...

Fever, loose motion with smell Acute gastroentritis T/t Hydration ors after every stool as much as she is able to take Antibiotics as it looks infective Syp diof 50 mg (5ml)  twice in a day for 5 dats
Next Steps
if activity decreased , fever, loose motion psrsist visit pediatrician
