I have been recovered from covid 19 on may 04 2021, however since now 1.)  I do not get back my smelling power 2.) Since then my motions are loose and I have to go to washroom soon after having meal

You can take (Lactaid Fast Act Lactase Enzyme Chewable Tablet) every 8 hours with probiotic lactobacillus caps twice a day. Try to avoid milk products for 30 days. Smell will come back on its own after sometime. For loose stools you can have bifilac capsule twice daily for 5 days and take as much electoral water as possible
