Hello sir My son is 6 yrs old From today evening onwards he is passing loose stools. He ate chucked yesterday and today evening noodles as well. Not sure if that is the reason for his stomach upset. Please advise what medicine I can give and what to eat for another one day to make his stomach normal.

Hi, Give syr Z And D and enterogermina for the loose stool Avoid milk and milk products for couple of days Give plenty of liquids/ water to maintain hydration Give rice based diet.
