My 9 old son is suffering from stomach ache and loose motions since yesterday. He has passed loose motions 5 times today. I am giving him curd rice , ors, nimbu pani repeatedly. I have given him 1 ampule of enterogermina oral suspension. He is feeling weak. Pls suggest what I should do ? Do I need to give him some medicines ?
