Loose motions for 5 months baby

My baby is 5 months old and is suffering with loose motions.. Pediatrician has prescribed sporlac sachet.. I am not sure whether I can use it or not. Please suggest me

U can definitely use...continue breast feeding...and check for signs of dehydration..like dull, decreased urine , vomiting etc..get review if any such signs present.
