Dear sir My mother has diabetes from three months. while using tablet's she is facing loose motions. Could you please explain reason.

I am pretty much sure it is because of one of medications she must be taking for diabetes called metformin . You will need to either reduce its dose or change to slow release formulation . Discuss with a doctor to have appropriate changes to her medications .
