My daughter is 2 years old and suffering from.cold and cough she is on medication pyrigesic and wikoryl from 3 days and having mild loose motion of dark yellow colour . What to do really tensed ?

I don't think it's serious matter. Look at ur daughter eyes if it show yellowish discoloration means it might be a case of jaundice. I feel loose stools and yellow color are just due to cold she is suffering from. Wait for 2-3 days for the drugs to act and u daughter to recover. If this persist for 2-3 days means please consult ur doctor as with just ur history its difficult for us to access ur daughter status.
