My baby is 4 weeks old. She's on formula milk nan pro 1. From yesterday onwards, She's passing stool frequently. Kindly advise

be patient and don't get tensed with frequency of motion prepare right water and powder volume . maintain hygiene.  use any diaper rash cream to apply on anal region follow up in 48 hours
