My 7 month old baby is having loose motion after every feeding(breastfed). It's been from past  3weeks. Consulted ped & giving medication, still it has  not reduced . His stool is watery,yellow, has mucus and smelly. Also he has red bottom. Please tell me what could be the reason for this and also a remedy. Thank you
