No colicaid drop is for abdominal pain/ evening colic. At this age babies generally pass 7-10 stools.. little watery, yellowish with altered milk consistency. This is perfectly normal. If your child is on only breastmilk and is gaining weight, then you don’t have to worry about stool frequency and consistency. Check for urine output( he should pass 8-10 times in a day) and weight gain (10-20 gms/ day)
