I am suffering from loose motion from last 3 days and there is no pain in my stomach . I am taking medicines but i am not getting any relief

Please Take plenty of water, ors solution Take very simple and light food for 3 days Take Cap wokride D 1 on empty stomach Tab satrogyl O 1  Twice a day Cap Bifilac hp 1 All for 3 days Reconsult if needed
