Loos stool for 4months baby

Hi dr My baby is 4 months old she is on formula feed..as my milk is totally not sufficient to my baby And baby having loos stools from last 4 days ( 4 times a day)..not totally like water like semi solid..near by paediatrician suggest to give ORS How much ors should I give and how many days Please suggest

Please take your baby to ypur pediatrician to assess the child Depending on dehydration level tje amount of ors will be decided Also whether sny other medecine needs to be given can be decided
