Hello I am looking for a pediatrician / child care I don't know if this is a proper platform to ask this question We have 40 days baby, our first baby We are a little worried when baby cry a lot or gets cold or gas problems and burping properly things We found some maid but they are not professional from a hospital experience (child care) We are looking for a child care specialist We live near the Beerumguda area. who will visit our home twice a week or 3 times a week To help with our questions and help our baby growth And teach baby burping and massage techniques. Thanks

The language through which babies communicate with us is via crying If they are hungry, they will cry If they are feeling wet due to a wet diaper , they will cry So first ensure timely feeding, atleast after every 2 hours , Or at the sign of baby crying for feeds, that is , as and when required Breastfeeding should be done and bottle feeding must be avoided, Also burp after every feed for atleast 20 to 40 min , keeping the baby on shoulders. Gentle massage is allowed.
