Longterm nutritional supplements?

Mother has been prescribed Cobadex czs, fdson forte, calcimax forte+ which has multivitamin, minerals, calcium n vitd3 etc. Has started since 3 months and advised to continue longterm in view of muscle wasting possibility due to cirrhosis. 70 yrs, early liver cirrhosis. Weight is 50 kg. Asymptomatic. Prediabetes. Hypertension.  On Thyronorm 25mcg. Hb is 10. Low hematocrit. Normal ferritin n B12. She takes normal diet but less in quantity. Feels well in general. Is it okay to continue these nutritional supplements long term? Can it hv any side effects?
