Post scans. It easy to decide whether you need surgical intervention or not

Taking a drug in high doses for longer duration is likely to have effects that may be trivial to serious. I strongly suggest u to discontinue the medication u r taking and get urself examined in hospital to form a strategy to control the pain and to keep u off the tramadol.

If you have a diagnosed disc herniation on MRI and you are taking Tramadol for 6 months Please don’t continue taking it Need a Spine Surgeon with the MRI and let him plan a nerve root block or discectomy Please share MRI plates and reports
