As my wife suffering from  blocked nose from last 1 month...she find difficulty in breathing..we use otrivin...but it givess temporary relief...pls suggest some better solution..

Don’t use otrivin for long durations it may lead to rhinitis medicamentosa, u should get a thorough ent consultation for her to properly diagnose and treat it. Meanwhile use fluticasone furoate nasal spray 2 puff twice a day in each nostril.
