Long History of Acne

I have been suffering from Acne from last 8-10 years, i have developed scars also, Tried Many doctors, Been on isotroin also, Doctor suggested me not to drink milk and eat sugar related food, I stopped both, acne stopped, but after few months, i feel weakness in body because of milk, Now I started drinking milk, acne popping again, I am deeply depressed. I don't know when it will be treated completely.

U can take other supplements  , if milk is increasing ur acne, consult Dermatologist for further management

If keeping dairy away keeps your problem under control. Should consider doing that. For weakness, get some tests done to find out the cause and supplement accordingly. Milk per se cant treat weakness

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
