Long cycles, ovulation?

My cycles have become longer each month. 30 , 33 , 36 and currently on day 36 but no period. Does this mean i am not ovulating? my periods are really light and short. only lasted 2 days last month. Only red blood for first day and then went to pinkish and brown.
