This is called the classic ‘empty nest’ situation. It occurs when you’re most invested and involved with one entity in your life(in this case: your daughter) and they leave you behind for whatever reason, you suddenly experience a big bout of loneliness and emptiness.
This situation should have been foreseen and ideally you could have planned your life with other activities while your daughter was about to leave so that you can continue to keep yourself involved in life.
But, I understand your situation and it’s not too late yet! Start doing the same now. Venture into finding activities that interest you. Join and be a part of the groups of women near around your community, whatever be the context of those groups based on your needs (ex: kitty-parties, business-women etc)
Once you start involving yourself in various activities and remain invested into the people around you, you will solve your crisis.
