  4. Lobun capsule: CKD. Any recommendation?

My father aged 60 suffering from ACKD of creatinine baseline at 2.5, DIABETES , heart disease. He has been given Lobun capsule which is very costly for us. As we are already giving Renolog tablets and two time erythropoietin injection. Any recommendation?
