I have Sgpt test done last month done, its been a month it was 293. However, i workout and i would like to know if i can consume whey protein after a month. When my Sgpt falls down or is it going to effect my liver. Also can i have banana shakes as of now doctor suggested not to. Please Suggest

First find out why you have such high level of sgpt? what is the cause? consult with a physician to find out ? once , your diagnosis is settled , then treatment will start. you can consume bananas
