Liver imaging question

Just got an ultrasound of my abdomen but need to wait a few days to see a GP. Noticed that part of my liver imaging has a area marked by two blue “a+” notations. I’m concerned about what this might mean and am finding it hard to relax while waiting for my appointment. Could you give me any insight as to what these markings might be notating?
